After graduating from Bellevue College School of Nursing in 2022, Danielle built a strong clinical foundation through her experience in both medical aesthetics and emergency medicine. As the owner and leading nurse injector at Bae Beauty Aesthetics, she continues to work in the ER, bringing her medical expertise, critical thinking, attention to detail, and precision to every personalized aesthetic treatment she performs.
Passionate about both healthcare and aesthetics, Danielle specializes in natural beauty enhancements that refine your features without overpowering them. Her approach seamlessly blends medicine and artistry, focusing on creating subtle, balanced enhancements in a safe, comfortable, and confidence-boosting environment.
One of Danielle’s favorite treatments—and one for which she has gained a reputation—is lip filler. Patients travel from near and far to see her for her signature approach: crafting beautiful shape, balance, and definition while ensuring results remain natural and tailored to each patient’s unique features.
Outside of Bae Beauty, Danielle is a wife and busy mom of four, with children ranging from 10 to 20 years old. When she’s not working in the ER, treating patients, or managing family life, you’ll usually find her gardening, hiking, organizing just about anything, doing makeup, or planning her next trip.

Rachel Simpson, RN, BSN

With nearly two decades of nursing experience and a decade devoted to aesthetics, Rachel brings extensive clinical expertise and a thoughtfulness to every patient she treats. Her background in nursing has influenced her practice, placing a strong emphasis on safety, anatomy, education, and individualized care.
Rachel believes the best results in natural beauty enhancements begin with meaningful dialogue. She takes the time to understand each patient’s aesthetic goals, what makes them feel confident, and what they wish to maintain as they age. Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all strategy, she collaborates with her patients to design personalized aesthetic treatments that feel natural, balanced, and true to their individuality.
She specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating treatments, consistently focusing on enhancing—not altering—the individuals before her.
Rachel’s enthusiasm for aesthetics goes beyond the treatment room. She continually seeks advanced education and training, ensuring she remains informed on emerging research, innovative techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine. Her aim is to combine years of hands-on experience with contemporary, evidence-based practices to deliver thoughtful and informed care.
Equally important to Rachel is the relationship she cultivates with her patients. She encourages every individual in her chair to feel at ease asking questions, sharing concerns, and engaging in candid conversations about what will—and in some cases, won’t—aid them in achieving their aesthetic goals.
Originally from North Carolina, Rachel has made Washington her home since 2020, where she enjoys exploring the outdoors and all the wonders the Pacific Northwest offers. Outside of her professional life, she’s a dedicated wife and mother, an avid romance reader (with over 150 books read and counting by 2026!), and a fan of melodic bass, house music, live shows, festivals, and dancing like no one is watching.
